Free + Pro Works in GreetPlayer Free. Options marked Pro need GreetPlayer Pro.
If you used Warm Welcome’s video bubble, most of what you set up has an equivalent in GreetPlayer. GreetPlayer runs inside WordPress, so your videos live in your own Media Library or video host, with no monthly fee for the free plugin.
What maps where
- Website video bubble → a video bubble, shown site-wide or on chosen pages.
- Look and feel → the bubble’s colours, border, position and button styles (Position, timing and effects).
- Buttons that guide visitors → bubble buttons that play another video or open a link.
- Interactive videos → player overlays and an action bar.
- Video library → the Media screen.
- Branding → your logo on the player, and brand colours.
- Lead capture → a form opened from a bubble button Pro.
- Analytics → GreetPlayer Analytics.
What GreetPlayer doesn’t do
- Recording video in the app, or screen recording. Record elsewhere, then upload or link the file.
- Video email, bulk email campaigns and automatic follow-ups.
- Live video chat.
- Video business cards and email signatures.
- A mobile app, or team management beyond WordPress user roles.
- An embed code for sites that don’t run WordPress.
