Besides form plugins, a Contact Form button has two built-in form types.
Web3Forms
Choose Form Type: Web3Forms and paste your Web3Forms access key. Visitors fill in name, email, phone and message, and Web3Forms emails each submission to you. You can change the field labels, the button text, and the loading, success and error messages.
Warning A Web3Forms access key is visible in the page source by design. Web3Forms keys are meant to be public. Restrict the key to your domain in your Web3Forms account.
Choose Form Type: WhatsApp and enter your WhatsApp number and a message template. When a visitor submits the form, a WhatsApp chat to your number opens in a new tab with the message filled in.

Set up a built-in form.

Add a Contact Form button
In your bubble’s Floating Bubble → Buttons, add a button and set Button Action to Contact Form.

Pick the form type
Choose Web3Forms or WhatsApp under Form Type, fill in the key or number, and click Update.
