A Contact Form button with Form Type: Shortcode shows whatever that shortcode renders, so any form plugin that has a shortcode works.

[fluentform id="1"]. - WPForms, Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7 and others: use their shortcode the same way. GreetPlayer has no plugin-specific code for them, and they weren’t tested here.
Step by step
Use a form plugin in a bubble.

Copy the form shortcode
Copy your form’s shortcode from the form plugin.

Paste it into a Contact Form button
In the bubble’s Floating Bubble → Buttons, set Button Action to Contact Form and Form Type to Shortcode, then paste it.
Note GreetPlayer doesn’t connect to email-marketing tools or CRMs itself. To send leads to a CRM, use a form plugin that connects to it, for example Fluent Forms with FluentCRM.
